Forwarding All Calls to Another Phone

This tutorial will explain the process of forwarding all calls from your BU Cisco phone to a different phone number. This will allow you to take calls on a cell phone or home phone while away from your office.

If there is more than one phone in an office, it is easier to set specific ringtones for every individual. Follow these instruction to set up a ringtone:

Transfer Calls

To transfer a call you need to follow these instructions: The screen will display “The call transfer was succesfull”.  

View Missed Calls

On the phone screen, in front of the extension number, you can see the number of calls you have missed. Step 7:  Alternatively, you can select ‘more’ to get more options, including the option to clear the list.
