This tutorial will explain the process of forwarding all calls from your BU Cisco phone to a different phone number. This will allow you to take calls on a cell phone or home phone while away from your office.
Cisco 3905 Model
Step 1:
Press the center "square" button between the two arrows. Press this again to select call forwarding.
Step 2:
Listen for the tone and enter the number you would like to forward calls to. Remember that if you want to forward to a phone outside of bishops 9 must be entered before the phone number. Your calls are now being forwarded to this number.
Step 3:
To disable call forwarding press the center button again twice.
Cisco 7841 Model
Step 1:
Press the third button from the left under the display screen (labeled "Fwd All")
Step 2:
Listen for the tone and enter the number you would like to forward calls to. Remember that if you want to forward to a phone outside of bishops 9 must be entered before the phone number. Your calls are now being forwarded to this number.
Step 3:
To disable call forwarding press the same button as before.
