To transfer a call you need to follow these instructions:
Step 1:
Push the Transfer key on the phone (icon of an arrow pointing to an individual).
Step 2:
Enter the extension or the number you wish to transfer the call to.
Step 3:
The screen will put a pause (hold) on the original number, and now the number you would like to transfer it to is active. Push the Transfer key on the phone as soon as you hear the new number start ringing (cold transfer) or when you hear the new number pick up (warm transfer).
The screen will display "The call transfer was succesfull".
