Sharing a calendar using Outlook 2010
Go to outlook calendar section and on the top menu bar choose “Share Calendar” in the share tab.
First enter the recipients email address in the To… section. You can also check the “request permission to view recipients calendar” to be able to see their calendar. You can choose the level of details they can see bu using the drop down menu choosing Availability only, Limited or Full details. Finally press send.
Setting calendar permissions in outlook 2010
Access the calendar permissions by clicking on the target calendar and choosing “Calendar Permissions” in the share tab.
In the permission tab click on “Add…” to add the person whom you wish to give the access to.
You can either search the persons name or look through the list. Click on the persons name, choose Add and finalize by clicking Ok.
Or you can set a Custom permission level by choosing the different permissions in Read, Write, Delete etc boxes as shown in the image.
