Office 365 – Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

If you are seeing an error message at the top of your Word app saying you are not able to edit documents, follow these steps.

Step 1:

Click on the Word Tab in the upper left corner and select "Activate Office".

Step 2:

Enter your BU email address and click "Next".

Step 3:

The next window should have the Bishop's branding, enter your BU password and click "Next".

You will need to approve your login request with your preferred MFA method. Once completed, your Office app can be used normally.
