Placing an Octopus Web Ticket

Step 1: 

Open your preferred web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, etc.) and go to octopus.ubishops.ca. You can also simply click on the previous link which will redirect you to our online ticketing system.

Step 2: 

On the right of the web page, you will see a reserved space for your Bishop’s University credentials. Enter your username as well as your password and click the Sign in button.

Step 3: 

Once signed in, click the New Request button to place a new ticket.

Step 4: 

From the drop-down menu, select the type of request you that fits best your needs and fill in the information required as best as you can. If you cannot find a request type that seems appropriate for your issue, simply use the Report a Problem type. Once everything is filled in, click the Submit button.
