Faculty members can request a Teams site for their class by placing a request in Octopus through this URL: https://octopus.ubishops.ca/CreateRequest.aspx?TemplateId=257
Generally, the Teams site will be created within 24 hours and you’ll get a “Request Resolved” email from Octopus to confirm this, after which you’ll find the Teams site in the “Teams” screen of the Teams app.
Like Moodle, a Teams site will be automatically updated with the students enrolled in your class. (Note that this is not in place at the time this page is being created, but will be in place by the start of the semester.)
