Once faculty members are upgraded to Exchange Online for the Fall 2020 semester, another feature new feature that can be used is Microsoft Bookings.
Note: this feature is only available to full-time faculty members due to limitations with Microsoft licensing.
Bookings allows you to create a link which can be posted in Moodle, which will allow students to book time slots directly onto your Outlook calendar during certain, pre-defined, time windows. These bookings can also have Teams meetings automatically created for each of them with a meeting link that only you and the student have access to.
