Wireless is available on campus in most public buildings. This includes the library, SUB (Student Union Building), Tim Hortons, all classrooms, computer labs, residences and some areas of the quad.
* Please Note: If you’re having trouble connecting to a network, bring your device into the Helpdesk (main floor of the Learning Commons) and we’d be happy to set things up! During peak hours (e.g. lunch) it is possible that the network will slow down due to a high volume of traffic.
Students, Faculty & Staff
Students, faculty and staff all have access to a wireless network on campus entitled WIZABU. WIZABU allows for permanent wireless access in most buildings using your Bishop’s username and password.
To learn how to access WIZABU from your devices, refer to our WIZABU @ Bishop’s page.
Guest to the University
Guest researchers, teachers, and students are provided easy and secure network access through Eduroam when visiting an institution other than their own. By connecting with Eduroam, you will be able to access the internet on campus by login in with your University’s credentials.
To setup EDUROAM on different platforms, refer to our EDUROAM @ Bishop’s page
Community members can connect to Sherbrooke’s free public WIFI: ZAP
