Step 1:
Navigate to Office.com and click the “Sign In” button.
Then start signing in with your Bishop’s email address.
At the password page, click “Forgot my password”.
IMPORTANT
If you have not setup your Multi-Factor Authentication, you will receive an error message and must contact ITS if you have forgotten your password.
Step 5:
After you have verified yourself through one of the four available methods, you will be able to change your password.
You will need to create a strong password with these requirements:

You have now successfully changed your password! You are now able to sign into all of the Bishop’s applications such as Moodle and myBU as well as your Microsoft Office 365 account, giving you access to Teams, Outlook, and more.
You will also receive an email confirmation from Microsoft if you have setup a recovery email.
We strongly encourage you to do so.

NOTE: if you have already changed your password using the password change online form while off-campus, your old password will still be required to login to your BU laptop until it is brought back to campus.
To fix this, you will need to either change your password again using this method or bring your computer to campus and login with your new password to update the login credentials on your laptop so it can use your new password.
Until you do either of these, you will need to login on your BU laptop using your old password, while all the other BU services will be using your new password.
