A Bishop’s account is created for you as soon as you are accepted to or hired at the university. This is the username and password that you will use for all standard Bishop’s services.
Your Bishop’s account provides you with access to many services, and to log in you just need to fill in your username and password.
Note: Microsoft 365 access will require you to enter your email address (username@ubishops.ca).
MyBU - Login
MyBU has many services that are essential to all Bishop's University members. For students, myBU acts as an online portal to many useful links such as Online Registration, seeing your final grades, unoffcial transcript and more. For faculty and staff, you can access various work orders. Follow the link below to learn more about the services of myBU. myBU (and Self-Service)

Webmail
Webmail is the Microsoft Outlook Web Application which allows you to read, write and use outlook from the web. This is another very helpful tool for anyone at Bishop's, if you need to send or read an email in a pinch webmail has you covered, it even works on mobile. There are a lot of things you can use webmail for to find out more about how to make the most of webmail click this link: Webmail. You can add contacts, find your professor / student, create inbox rules and much more.

Moodle
Moodle is the tool used by most classes for assignments, announcements, and grading. If you're a student you can submit assignments and organize the course order. Submitting Assignments Using Moodle, and Organize Courses Order As a faculty or staff there are a lot of opportunities to best utilize Moodle, for example you can give grading permissions to your marker, create online quizzes or exams and much more. Office 365 @ Bishop's

Printing @ Bishop's
Here at Bishop's we want to make sure your printing service is secure and convenient. To achieve this we use PaperCut, PaperCut allows users to upload their files to Bishop's Secure network, and print off any printer when they arrive at the printer. This way it prevents others from taking your files from the printer, reading any material, or moving them. To print you must simply sign in on the printer after sending a print job to the network. Octopus
Octopus is used by the Bishop's University IT deptartment to complete work orders. This is used for setups, technical issues, PDF purchasing and much more. Gaiter Dollars
Gaiter Dollars is the system we use to charge students for printing, laundry and can be used at various dining options on campus. You can use the Gaiter Dollar at Tim Horton’s, the Bus stop cafe, Laundry machines, computer labs and printers, Bookstore, etc on campus.
